· Further development of massage techniques
· Interacting with patients
· Diagnosis and treatment of actual patients at the School, under supervision.
· Observed Diagnosis and treatment of two patients in your own practice
· Submission of case notes for six patients who have had full diagnosis and treatment
Diploma Assessment
The continuous assessment process will be similar to that used for the Certificate course. In addition the competence of Diploma students will be assessed during the periods of weekend clinical practice with real patients, in their own practice and by submission of case notes.
Award of the Diploma in Tui-Na
To obtain the Diploma students will:
· Have first been awarded the Certificate in Tui-Na or equivalent.
· Obtain a minimum of 60% pass mark in all four Diploma Modules
· Attend a minimum of 80% of weekend sessions at the Centre.
EVALUATION Student evaluation of the courses, suggestions and comments during the courses are very welcome and will be taken seriously. Any problems can be overcome through discussion and relevant action. At the end of the course students will be given the opportunity to record their assessment of the course on an Evaluation and Feedback Form.
